Northlew Village

The Old Barn is located a short distance outside of the charming village of Northlew [Northlew - Wikipedia] which boasts pub, shop, post office, village hall and snooker club.

  • Northlew Stores – Local shop and Community Interest Company; great for all your essentials and local produce.

Dartmoor National Park

[Home | Dartmoor] – needs little to no introductions; its seemingly unlimited walks across wild moorlands, through deep river valleys and the stunning Meldon reservoir teeming with history and wildlife are a short drive away.

Meldon Reservoir

Okehampton

[Visit Okehampton the gateway to Dartmoor in Devon] is a short 15 minute drive from the Old Barn. This is where you will find your nearest major supermarkets (Co-op, Waitrose and Lidl), a wide variety of shops, from local independent boutiques, loads of lovely café’s to Pharmacy, Opticians and Garages. Hatherleigh

10 minute drive to Local Co-op, chippy, petrol and pubs and you'll go past a great local butcher on the way for your BBQ supplies and local veg.


Roadford Lake
